What do you charge?

Charges vary from pest to pest. For commercial enquiries, prices are usually given following a site survey to determine the exact nature of the problem.

How long have you been in pest control?

Our customers benefit from our many years of experience in the industry, having started back in 1992!

Are you qualified to deal with pests?

Yes, all our technical staff hold the required industry standard qualifications. All technicians either hold or are actively working towards their RSPH level 2 award in Pest Management. We are also full members of the BPCA (British Pest Control Association), the governing organisation in the industry.

How can you be sure that you can solve my problem?

Being experienced in the industry, we have access to a whole range of methods for controlling pests. We will always use tried and trusted methods. However, we will continually explore other methods until we get a result, without charging anything extra!

Do you guarantee your work?

The vast majority of our domestic work is guaranteed. We will provide you will full details of this guarantee before commencing any work.

What hours do you work?
We will do our best to come out at a time that suits you.
How long do treatments last?

This varies on the size of the infestation and the kind of pest we are treating. A full explanation is given prior to work commencing.

Do you offer free surveys?

Yes we do. However, we find that this is normally applicable to commercial and industrial sites only. We can normally give accurate prices for domestic premises before attending. If a survey fee does apply, we would agree this before attending.

Are your vans unmarked?

This varies in the different areas of the country. Some are unmarked, some have signage, and some have removable signage on request. Vehicles that do bare signage are done so professionally, for instance we don’t have a revolving rat on the top of the van! We are also very happy to park discreetly up the road, if you prefer.

Do your staff carry identity with them?

Yes, all of our staff carry Identification and are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked. Please ask to see identification before allowing anyone to enter your premises.

How soon can you attend after I call you?

We will endeavour to visit you as soon as possible. Availability can fluctuate throughout the year depending on demand for our services.

Do you use humane methods?

Yes – we use the most humane methods possible to achieve the desired result. We look to use a holistic range of methods, including hygiene recommendations, trapping, proofing and exclusion, rodenticide/pesticides, live catch traps and non-toxic monitoring. This integrated approach gives the best results, while also being humane and safe for none target animals, pets and children.
